Charisma a confirmé sa participation à un autre film ^^

Charisma Carpenter has confirmed she will play investigative journalist Lori Stoltz in thriller Human Target.

The film sees Stoltz team-up with a renegade police detective (is there any other kind?) to uncover the truth behind the sinister disappearances of the Homeless population in Metro City.

Speaking from the Supanova Pop Culture Expo in Australia, Carpenter told Bloody Disgusting she's "excited" to join the ranks of fellow female fictional journalists like Lois Lane, Veronica Guerin and, dare we say it, Carrie Bradshaw.

"I'm a journalist acting like a detective uncovering a horrible plot to do with the pharmaceutical industry, which I have to expose," she said.

"You know, pharmaceutical companies are the natural evil now days."

Human Target was originally set to be Michael Madsen's directorial debut, before the film's co-writer and producer Chaz Fatur was announced as his replacement. With only a short film under his belt, Fatur is (slightly) better known for his work as an extra on flicks like Pearl Harbor and Flags Of Our Fathers.
