- Growing up, I was always drawn to anything and everything about vampires. From dressing up to repeatedly begging to rent The Lost Boys and Buffy the Vampire Slayer ('92). Vampires provided an escape from the outside world. I loved watching films about these creatures living double lives, hidden away in the world's shadows, but also trying to hold onto their former, human lives. Their secretive existence paralleled my life as a young gay. It amazed me when I attended college how many LGBT people shared my love for the immortal. In this office alone we have three-über Buffyverse fans. With the explosion of Twilight it seems like our love for these sexy creatures isn't going away anytime soon, so let's take a look at some of the hottest, blood suckers out there.
