- Look out, Bones fans! It appears as if resident star David Boreanaz might have his eye on a role in the highly anticipated Divergent, due to hit theaters in March of next year.
Boreanaz tweeted Monday that he had read for a role in the upcoming film, leaving many fans excited about the prospect of seeing the Buffy and Angel alum on the big screen.
Speculation has already begun about what role Boreanaz could have possibly read for, the most popular being that of Andrew Prior, Beatrice “Tris” Prior’s father, and Marcus Eaton, an Abnegation council member. It might be a while before we hear any more official news, but in the meantime you can catch Boreanaz as Special Agent Seeley Booth on Bones, airing Mondays at 8 p.m. on FOX.
